At Pluralsight, I developed a comprehensive email component library in Figma with modular content sections and template starters. This new design system followed email best-practices and allowed the team to move faster while creating consistency. I implemented new processes and ways of working to allow us to carefully consider how each touchpoint contributes to the overall brand experience and user engagement.

At TaxAct, I developed a best-in-class email design system with mobile-first, responsive templates and modular content sections to create efficiencies and flexibility for all email work. I implemented learnings and continued to iterate and refine the design system and continue to push the email designs further. Working in close partnership with email strategy team, I helped elevate the overall CRM program in which we were able to turn around TaxAct's negative Retention and Win-back results and ended April 2023 with a record-breaking year.
